Refund policy

Refunds may only be requested before an item has shipped, if an item has arrived damaged, or is missing from your order. A replacement item may be requested instead of a refund, but keep in mind that due to limited stock this will not always be possible.

To request a refund, you can contact me at panaranarts@gmail.com. Please note that  damaged items will need to be returned and inspected before a refund is issued. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

A Note on Charms
Please note that acrylic charms will often ship with temporary scratch protector film on one or both sides of the charm. This film often peels at the edge of the charm and can take on a dull, scuffed appearance. This is not damage and can be removed without concern, or left in place if you wish.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging if applicable. To begin this process, use the Orders section of your Customer Account, or use the Returns and Cancellation link at the bottom of the home page. 

Customers exercising this right must ship goods back within 14 days of notifying this store. Original shipping charge will be refunded. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. Refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
